My first thought was that this was going to be a hassle, and yep, it was. Test dates near me were always full, so I ended up waiting way longer than I expected. Frustrating.

They were helpful overall, but the whole process felt slow to me. I’m probably a little impatient with this kind of stuff, so that might be part of it, but I still wish things had moved along faster.

I think the IELTS test itself went fine overall. The staff were helpful and the room was quiet enough, so I can’t really complain too much. But comfort-wise, it was just okay. The chairs felt a bit hard after sitting for so long, and I’m sure the AC was colder than it needed to be, at least for me. Not a huge issue, I guess, but for such a long exam, I do wish the test center felt a little more comfortable

I got my score report really quickly and everything went smoothly. No issues at all, which made the whole process feel easy and dependable. I’d feel comfortable using this again...

I had to cancel my IELTS test last minute because a work trip came up. I took my IELTS test here, the noise control was really good. I was feeling a bit nervous that day, but the room stayed quiet the whole time with no random talking or distractions. It made it a lot easier to focus than I expected.
